L’\u0152IL DE PERDRIX<\/strong>CELEBRATES 165 YEARS <\/strong>OF EXISTENCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This emblematic ros\u00e9 wine comes historically from the region, which is why Neuch\u00e2tel \u0152il de Perdrix is considered by connoisseurs to be “L’Original”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The first official trace of this emblematic wine appeared in 1861, with the very first label printed by Louis Bovet, a wine-maker in Areuse. Thus was born a ros\u00e9 destined to become a benchmark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0152il de Perdrix is made from Pinot Noir grapes that are only lightly vatted, and has developed and asserted itself in Neuch\u00e2tel, its terroir of origin. Historically rooted in the region, Neuch\u00e2tel \u0152il de Perdrix is recognized by connoisseurs as “L’Original”.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To mark this anniversary, which will take place over the next few months, the Neuch\u00e2tel winemakers wanted to enhance this iconic wine by presenting it in a magnificent new transparent bottle, highlighting its delicate, luminous color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate this unique wine, six mixologists from the canton of Neuch\u00e2tel took up the challenge of creating a signature cocktail. Presented to an expert jury of winemakers and restaurateurs, their creations resulted in a grand prize winner: “Le Clin d’\u0152il”,<\/strong> imagined by Juleps Cocktail! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subtle, elegant and resolutely contemporary, this cocktail revisits the \u0152il de Perdrix with creativity and finesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
