And yet, depending on the type of soil and its water reserves, the characteristics of the grapes produced can be very different from one vineyard to another, even within the same estate.The early harvest produced stable wines that rested fairly quickly. They’ll be then, a measured disturbance. The fine lees are a guarantee of finesse and stability; without residual sugars, these are unfiltered wines that can be kept for a long time. This is one of the magical aspects of this first Swiss wine of the year!There’s no doubt that 2023 will be a vintage for the winemaker, who will have chosen: either the tenderness of the vintage, or the search for maximum freshness to offer you at the start of 2024.<\/p>\n\n
