The Auberge de Mont-Cornu, run by Axel, Elise and their team, is a warm and welcoming place, nestling in the heart of nature. In summer, the place becomes a haven of peace, ideal for enjoying a meal on the terrace or in the garden, in a peaceful, leafy setting. In winter, the charming, poetic ambience of the smaller rooms plunges you into a subtly modernised, old-fashioned decor, offering a warm, intimate experience. The larger, livelier dining room, meanwhile, offers a friendly, lively atmosphere. The attentive team offers a unique dining experience, with a refined, traditional menu that changes with the seasons, and a selection of cheese fondues available throughout the year. Axel and Elise favour seasonal produce and work with local producers. Their wine list is exclusively from Neuchâtel, for a truly regional experience.
