Our restaurant responds to a strong demand for quality, short-run food that respects the Val-de-Travers terroir. It was with this in mind that Guillaume Toupance, founder and partner of Brasserie du Marché, Restaurant de l'Hôtel du Peyrou (Neuchâtel) and Maison T, decided to take over Six-Communes.
