The “Produit Traditionnel” label is a distinctive sign that characterizes products according to specific criteria. Any company whose products meet the conditions set out in this document is entitled to use this recognition, subject to the appropriate decision and remuneration.

Cost and control
The contractor undertakes to pay NVT an annual fee for the use of the brand. It is valid for the current year and is calculated as follows:

The conditions required to obtain the mark are controlled and give rise to a control of the present regulations by NVT, its visual and gustatory qualities will also be followed. Inspections take place every 4 years.
