The oldest wine cooperative in the canton and the perfect example of a dynamic and local structure. About thirty grape producers, linked by their love to the Bérochale land, constitute the wealth of society. They cultivate in Béroche on about 50 hectares of clay-limestone soil their vines with passion and know-how.
