Domaine Grisoni

Rue Molondin 2 – 2088 Cressier

How to get there

The vineyards of Domaine Grisoni extend over the hillsides connecting the lakes of Neuchâtel and Bienne, on the foothills of the southern Jura. The soil is light to medium, limestone, intertwining sand, moraines and marly pebbles.

Although further south and a little higher, our terroir is geologically similar to the Burgundy terroir. It benefits from the proximity of lakes, real temperature regulators.

Domaine Grisoni cultivates 12 hectares of vines, and buys the harvest of a further 8 hectares from various small local winegrowers, true enthusiasts and men of the soil, with whom ties have endured for generations.

As for the domaine, it was built close to the station to facilitate trade at the time. In the past, certain tracks served the domaine directly!

We grow 7 different grape varieties, spread over a dozen different plots. Pinot Noir sparkles on limestone soils, while Chasselas flourishes on deeper, sandy-clay soils.
