Grillette Domaine De Cressier

Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-lacs Region, La Grillette can be found in the center of the village of Cressier. The 20 hectares of vineyards stretch over the slopes at the foot of the southern Jura, benefiting from a richness and diversity of exceptional terroirs, combining soils of complex limestone, sand, moraine and marly pebbles.

Only the grapes from our vines are harvested, vinified by plot grouping in respect of the terroir, within the cellars of the domain which are over a century old.

We cultivate 14 different grape varieties spread over 17 different land plots.

Today the vinification is entrusted to a unique duo, Matthias Tobler and Annie Rossi, who combine the strengths of two different generations, two cultures and the union of male and female sensibilities.
