Located in the heart of the Entre-deux-lacs region, La Grillette is in the center of the village of Cressier. The 20 hectares of vines stretch along the slopes at the foot of the southern Jura, benefiting from a wealth and diversity of exceptional terroirs, combining soils of complex limestone, sand, moraine and marly pebbles.
Only grapes from our own vineyards are harvested and vinified on a parcel-by-parcel basis, with respect for the terroir, in the domaine century-old cellars.
We grow 14 different grape varieties on 17 different plots of land.
Today, winemaking is in the hands of a unique duo, Matthias Tobler and Annie Rossi, who combine the strengths of two different generations, two cultures and the union of masculine and feminine sensibilities.
