Œil-de-Perdrix tasting

A public tasting of Œil de Perdrix will take place in Neuchâtel’s Jardin Anglais. For CHF 30, participants will be able to taste 28 varieties of this rosé wine typical of the region, leave with a bottle of their choice and enjoy a local aperitif in a convivial musical atmosphere. The event showcases the Pinot Noir grape variety, emblematic of the canton since 1861. In the event of rain, the tasting will take place in the Peristyle of the Hôtel de Ville.
