The restaurant has been run since 2000 by Florence Veloso and Françoise Pressl-Wenger. Thanks to its competent, professional and energetic team, the restaurant has grown and evolved, year after year, to offer you more delicacies, more comfort, more “Silex”! The unobstructed view of the lake can be enjoyed both in summer and in winter, with refreshing dishes on the terrace or by spending a gourmet moment in the warmth of the lake behind the large picture window.
