The restaurant has been run since 2000 by Florence Veloso and Françoise Pressl-Wenger. Thanks to its competent, professional, and energetic team, the restaurant has grown and evolved, year after year, to offer you more delicacies, more comfort, and more “Silex”! The breathtaking view of the lake is consumed in summer and winter, discovering refreshing plates on the terrace or spending a gourmet moment, installed warm facing the lake, behind the large bay window.
