The Œil de Perdrix

The Œil de Perdrix was able to return to the city of Neuchâtel after a two-year absence. As usual, the sun was out for this spring event.

25 wine producers were present on 15 June to bring some freshness to this hot day with Œil de Perdrix and Perdrix Blanche which delighted the taste buds of the enthusiasts present. Indeed, 298 convinced people have tested the new formula at CHF 30, including the tasting, the glass and a bottle to take away.
