1987 was the year we took over the small family estate in Le Landeron. We (Yves Cochand and myself) embarked on a never-ending adventure: to be winemakers...following the vines from planting to harvesting, the cellar work from pressing to bottling, monitoring and marketing the wine, not to mention the accounting...
Since 1993 we have been following the guidelines of integrated production-sustainable development for our vineyards, comprehensive requirements that incorporate viticulture, biodiversity, the cellar and the company.
We currently cultivate 3 ha of vines, mostly in the commune of Le Landeron, with a small family vineyard in Cortaillod. We have diversified our grape varieties: Chasselas, Doral, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Divico.
Every year is different, every vintage unique, and we are perpetual apprentices in the face of Nature's beauty. We remain very humble and grateful, and we see our work in the context of sustainable development so that we can pass on a healthy earth to our children...
