Our winery, which has been biodynamic for several years, is located in Auvernier on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel.
We cultivate our vines according to the following specifications BioSuisse and Demeter (international biodynamic label), which means we use no pesticides, acarioids or insecticides. We use only natural products.
We don't use any oenological products in the winemaking process, apart from a little sulfur for conservation. This method ensures that our wines retain their character. We find a Chasselas with a real grape flavor, a Pinot Noir with hints of forest fruits and spices, and a Rosé with delicate notes. All of our wines are aged.
