“Saveurs du Terroir” Partners

Local Flavors
The promotional organization “Neuchâtel Vins et Terroir” (NVT) encourages restaurants in the Canton of Neuchâtel to include local products bearing the NVT label on their menus. The goal is to support local businesses and encourage both local and out-of-town customers to enjoy local products. Participating restaurants will thus be able to set themselves apart from other establishments that do not participate in this initiative.

Each year, the establishment must submit its menu to NVT in order to receive the sticker for the following year to display on its “Partenaire du Terroir” plaque.
If the requirements are not met, the establishment will have its “Partenaire du Terroir” plaque revoked and will be required to remove the logo from its menu and website.
