A young winemaker in Saint-Blaise, Charlène Contesse has been producing confidential cuvées under the name “Le Clos-aux-Moines” since 2019.
The 1.8-hectare vineyard, half Chasselas and half Pinot Noir, features magnificent dry-stone walls that are home to a rich biodiversity. Each vine in this non-mechanizable vineyard is worked organically by hand through the seasons.
